Reservations & Booking

How do I secure a reservation?

Reservations are secured by completing the booking process on our website, including acceptance of house guidelines and successful payment confirmation. Once completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email.

Is full payment required to confirm a booking?

In most cases, full payment is required to confirm and secure your reservation. Certain residences or extended stays may offer staged payment options, which will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

When is my reservation considered confirmed?

Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and written confirmation has been issued by our reservations system or team.

Can I place a temporary hold on a residence?

Availability cannot be guaranteed without confirmation. However, in select cases and subject to availability, a short courtesy hold may be arranged upon request.

Are prices guaranteed once I book?

Yes. Once your reservation is confirmed, your rate is locked in for the duration of your stay.

Do I need to sign a rental agreement?

Yes. Some residences require a signed rental agreement as part of the reservation process. This is a standard requirement for select luxury properties.

When will I receive the rental agreement?

If required, the rental agreement will be sent electronically after your booking is initiated or confirmed and must be completed prior to check-in.

Is signing the rental agreement mandatory?

Yes. For residences that require it, the signed rental agreement is mandatory to finalize the booking. Access to the property cannot be granted without a completed agreement.

How do I sign the rental agreement?

Will my personal information remain confidential?

What happens if I do not sign the rental agreement?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Is self check-in available?

Yes, many residences offer secure self check-in via smart locks or key safes, with detailed arrival instructions provided prior to your stay. Some luxury properties, however, have dedicated on-site staff who will personally welcome you upon arrival. Availability of self check-in or in-person reception depends on the specific property.

Are the properties professionally cleaned?

Security Deposit & Property Care

Is a security deposit required?

How much is the security deposit?

How is the security deposit collected?

The security deposit is collected via a secure payment button using a credit card prior to arrival and is held until the check-out inspection is completed. No funds are charged unless damage is reported or deductions are required.

When is the security deposit released?

If the residence is returned in excellent condition and house guidelines are observed, the authorization is released within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank.

What may result in a deduction from the security deposit?

Deductions may occur in rare cases involving damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, or unauthorized guests or events.

Will I be notified if a deduction is made?

Yes. Any deductions are communicated clearly, with supporting documentation provided where applicable.

Is the security deposit fully refundable?

Yes. The security deposit is fully refundable when the residence is returned in accordance with house standards.

What should I do if I notice an issue upon arrival?

Please notify our team within 24 hours of arrival so the matter can be documented and addressed promptly.
