Sundown Villa offers numerous expansive seating areas inside and outside the villa. The indoor living rooms at Sundown Villa are quite spacious and have been furnished with very comfortable sofas. Lovely French doors open up wide to welcome the refreshing cool ocean winds. The decor is rich with exquisite fabrics, mahogany and wicker furniture and marble flooring. The living room is equipped with a complete entertainment center, including a large satellite and cable television, DVD and CD players, state-of-the-art BOSE surround sound system, an extensive movie library and several interesting board games that will keep the vacationers entertained.

Five spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located in the main villa, while four additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are available in the pretty guest house located very close by. The two master bedrooms are located on the ocean side and each has a private patio. Two bedrooms open into the garden. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are furnished with king-sized or double beds.

The guest house can be rented individually or together with the main villa, thus offering the flexibility to rent 5, 7 or 9 bedrooms. The two-story guesthouse has two bedrooms on each floor, with en suite bathrooms and kitchenettes, making it appropriate for families with little children. The guest house has a distinct Caribbean décor, fresh, bright and clean, with lovely vaulted ceilings.

Sundown Villa has an excellent staff of five very friendly, professional and experienced persons, including a chef, two housekeepers, a groundskeeper and 24 hour security personnel. Guests at the villa are completely pampered with niceties like smoothies on the beach, lavish Jamaican barbeques on the beach, fresh clean rooms or water sports activities for the kids.
