The Village of Britannia is a 90-acre estate centrally located off West Bay Road in Grand Cayman Britannia Villa guests have access to spectacular Seven Mile Beach by way of the public path located between the Grand Cayman Beach Suites property and Watercolours.

The Village of Britannia is a peaceful “community” of villas and is a terrific place to stay with the family. The Villas are more economical and more fun than hotel rooms, but still have similar amenities of resorts in Cayman Islands. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out and the children can have their own bedrooms.

With unobstructed views of the expansive garden, from its own private patio, you can relax and enjoy outside dining. The living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, Master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom, plus two further guest bedrooms and bathrooms, are all located on the ground floor level.

The house, staff and chef were amazing. We had two families total 14 people, and everybody was extremely comfortable and well taken care of. We enjoyed the private beach, docked our boat at the private dock, and played pickle ball on the private tennis court. Looking forward to going back."

“We had a brilliant stay here as a group of friends. The place was very spacious and clean. The wardrobes were great and we asked for more hangers which were delivered during our stay. Great location and walking distance to restaurants. It says there is a gym on site but there isn’t. I think we also had some bad luck with the noise as the flat downstairs was having work done. Everything else was great"

Check-in instructions were clear where we didn’t need any help from them during the trip. But we did accidentally leave some important documents behind. We emailed them from the airport and before we took off they sent someone to the room, located the documents and emailed us a picture to put our mind at ease. Incredible customer service."
